Items ordered on this site are custom made and therefore sales are final. (Sorry, no returns or exchanges).

Ordering Opportunities:

Wave 1: Now through Monday Sept 22nd for anticipated distribution the weekend of Oct 24th.

Wave 2: Oct 24th-Nov 3rd for anticipated distribution around Dec 5th.

Sizing: For apparel, we have included size charts from the manufacturers to help you make your selections. Please note that sizing among the various manufacturers may differ.

Delivery: During Checkout you will choose one of these 3 options: Have your order shipped for $10, Pick up your order at the rink in New Richmond, or Pick Up your order at the rink in Somerset. Please allow 4 weeks after the store closes for order production.

Back Orders: We do our best to monitor item availability from our manufacturers; however, in the event that an item is out of stock from the manufacturer, we may substitute something similar if available or contact you with options. We are not responsible for manufacturer back-orders.

Online Order and Credit Card Fee: There will be a 6.5% fee added to your total during the checkout process. This fee covers credit card processing fees and the ability to use this platform to collect orders.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at StraussTeams@gmail.com so that we can verify accuracy and receipt of your order. In the email please include your full name as well as the organization you are ordering with.
